SHIPPING POLICY

Orders ship within 3 - 5 business days unless it is a special request or custom order. Orders ship via USPS unless a different shipping service is requested prior to order. International orders may have additional costs for duties/taxes. All orders are insured.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Returns/Exchanges

There are NO RETURNS on any apothecary products or custom products. We will kindly exchange any product that is damaged in transit. Proof of damage needs to be provided prior to reshipment of a replacement so we can file a claim with USPS. We also offer a repair service (for a nominal fee) on any jewelry that needs to be mended. Purchaser is required to pay for the shipping of the damaged jewelry to Love & Light Healing.

If a package is returned due to purchaser error (wrong shipping address entered), the purchaser will need to pay for the reshipment. So, PLEASE make sure that your address is correct when making your purchase.
