SHIPPING POLICY
All orders are processed and shipped within 5–7 business days, unless noted as a special request or custom order. Orders are shipped via USPS unless another carrier is requested prior to purchase. International orders may incur additional duties or taxes, which are the responsibility of the purchaser. All orders are insured for your peace of mind.
Please note: processing and shipping times may be extended during periods of high order volume, holidays, or scheduled shop closings. We appreciate your patience as each order is prepared with care.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Returns/Exchanges
We do not accept returns on apothecary or custom products. However, we are happy to exchange any item that arrives damaged during transit. Proof of damage is required before a replacement is shipped so that we may file a claim with USPS.
For jewelry, we offer a repair service for a nominal fee. Customers are responsible for covering the shipping cost to return the item to Love & Light Healing for repair.
If a package is returned to us due to purchaser error (such as an incorrect shipping address), the purchaser will be responsible for reshipment costs. Please double-check your shipping details before finalizing your order.
