Join us at The Alchemist Den for an intimate, femme-centered gathering devoted to herbal steam education, pelvic care, and embodied restoration. As we transition into the week ahead, we will slow down together — seated on the floor, surrounded by herbs, warmth, and intention.
The evening will begin with a gentle rose water anointing — offered to the forehead, heart, palms, and abdomen — inviting alignment, softness, and presence.
 
During this two-hour experience, you will:
✨ Handcraft your own personalized yoni steam blend to take home
✨ Learn the medicinal and energetic properties of herbs commonly used in steaming
✨ Receive step-by-step guidance on how to safely practice yoni steaming at home
✨ Be guided through hands-on abdominal self-massage techniques to support circulation and pelvic wellness
✨ Receive a mini vial of abdominal massage oil to continue your practice at home
✨ Enjoy carefully selected herbal teas that complement steam practices
 
This gathering is inclusive and open to anyone seeking deeper pelvic and abdominal care — including those who have had hysterectomies. Steaming and massage can support relaxation, circulation, and connection regardless of reproductive status.
