This has been a blend that I have used since my kids were young . My son had respiratory issues when he was little and seasonal allergies would always stir up a few things. Also doing birthwork, I wanted to make sure my immune system was supported for long hours supporting families while they were in labor. My blend includes elderberry, hibiscus, rose hips, cinnamon, chamomile, and a few other herbs to boost your immune system.
You can get it with or without cough Relief (Mullein)
Comes in a large unbleached tea bag (enough to make up to a gallon of tea) . 3 per package.
