WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY CUSTOM ORDER?

Depending on the item, custom orders typically take 10 - 15 business days to create and ship. If we expect a delay due to a high volume of custom order requests, we will email me you to keep you up-to-date on the progress. Once the item is shipped you will receive the tracking information via email.
WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?

Due to the nature of our items, we do not offer a refund for items. If something is damaged in transit, we will replace it once we receive proof of damage and the USPS claim is finalized.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes, we ship all over the world via USPS.
